Our Policy
First Heritage Bank’s policy is to protect and respect the privacy of our customers. We do not disclose non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law, e.g. to accountants, regulators or judicial subpoenas. Privacy Policy and Practices must be approved by the Bank’s Board of Directors and audited annually.
